Customers are looking for items that can promote glowing and illuminated skin through cleansing, daypart routines, and makeup application in their pursuit of skin health or the appearance of skin health as well as facial hair prep.
Creative Solution:
The Branding Hive designed a dynamic symbol for the Magic Brow brand that represents health, culture, and wholeness. Along with a positioning strategy, we developed a comprehensive system for the franchise, and its culture, making the Magic Brow image more approachable.
Process:
The process began with the senior management team reaffirming its vision for the future: to be the best customer service based, and beauty service company in its industry. We pushed our team to think big, and think differently!
Research revealed that there were overall low awareness and brand visibility within the community, and those seeking Franchise Opportunities. Our team proceeded to conceptualize the brand image, and messaging, and define the purpose of all touch points during our strategy phase.
The color was a major factor in the Magic Brow Franchise Brand. The psychological principle known as the Isolation Effect states that an item that “stands out like a sore thumb” is more likely to be remembered, as it is recognized and attributes to recall. We found a medium by increasing color options with similar pallets and incorporated grey as a foundation color for balance, and clarity in efforts of reading content.
