New Trademark System

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is set to launch a cloud-based trademark search system on November 30, aimed at modernizing the search experience for the trademark community. Developed in an eight-month partnership with stakeholders, the new system offers a stable search environment with a user-friendly interface for basic searches and supports complex searching for advanced users. It includes a help section, a list of system improvements, and a feedback button for user input. The search webpage will also be updated with training webinars and information to assist users in navigating the search process.
